The Gaekwad Baroda Golf Club (GBGC) is Gujarat’s oldest private golf club, managed by the Royal Family of Baroda. Known for its heritage and exclusivity, the club wanted to evolve digitally while preserving its long-standing culture of convenience and personal service.

We introduced one-tap booking for all sports and services, backed by a real-time availability system. Members could now book instantly with full clarity—no calls, no guesswork—mirroring the simplicity they were used to. Admins received a unified dashboard to oversee all club activity, preserving convenience and tradition in a digital form.
Within 10 months, user adoption soared 542% and digital transactions jumped 820%—proving that thoughtful UX can modernize even the most tradition-driven ecosystems.
