The product was nearing MVP launch, with tight scope and sharper goals. The ask was simple: design an experience that feels intuitive, familiar, and scalable—without the overhead of native apps or complex flows.
Stakeholder discovery and empathy mapping shaped our go-to-market and user personas. We designed for real behaviors, not assumptions, ensuring the product fit seamlessly into users’ daily work lives.
We built the entire experience around a chat-like thread, mirroring familiar messaging apps to lower barriers and boost engagement. Every screen, swipe, and CTA is optimized for mobile, so feedback can happen anytime, anywhere.
We gave special attention to branding—selecting typography, iconography, and color schemes that aligned with enterprise SaaS expectations while still feeling modern and conversational. It didn’t just look trustworthy—it felt immediately usable.
